To encourage bright new female professionals and students to undertake careers in the area of transportation by supporting girls pursuing high school studies in science, technology, engineering, and math.

Applicant must be a female high school senior currently enrolled in a high school in Texas; must be studying math, science, and technology with a minimum 3.0 GPA; must be considering a college degree in a transportation-related field.
