Qualifications -
Applicant must be a current CAP Cadet; must be a female cadet who is at least 15 year old by June 1 of the application year; must have earned the Wright Brothers Award; must have a Third Class Medical Certificate and valid student pilot certificate; must be enrolled in a course of study during the academic year for which the scholarship is awarded.

Selection will be based on committee.
