To assist Washburn University students in their education.

Law.
Qualifications -
Applicants to Washburn University School of Law for each fall semester whose credentials qualify for the top 10% of the applicant pool are invited to apply for the Shamberg Scholar Award; maintain a 3.0 grade-point average; must enrolled full-time at the School of Law.
Criteria
Selection of the Shamberg Scholar is made by the Financial Aid Committee.

The applicant must submit a statement showing: the reason for interest in the law as a profession; public and community service activities; and leadership activities and potential for leadership.
