Purpose
To recognize the achievements of undergraduate or graduate student leaders enrolled in colleges and universities located in the former NACA Pacific Northwest Region.

Qualifications -
Applicants must be matriculated undergraduate or graduate students with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better at the time of application and during the semester in which the award is received; must be students within the NACA West Region; must demonstrate significant leadership skills and abilities; must hold a significant leadership position on campus; must have made significant contributions via volunteer involvement, either on or off campus; must be enrolled in a college or university within the former NACA Pacific Northwest Region; must be a U.S. Citizen.
Criteria
Recipients are selected based on financial need and academic record; all scholarship recipients will be selected by an anonymous Scholarship Committee appointed by the Chair of the Board of Trustees.

Applicants must complete the application form (online); at least two letters of recommendation; a resume; official verification of the applicant's current enrollment status and a copy of academic transcripts from the college or university. All materials must be submitted online; only the first 75 qualified applications will be considered.
