Purpose
To provide financial assistance to students who have the license for post-secondary education.
Focus -
Radio and television.
Qualifications -
Applicant must hold an FCC amateur radio license; be a resident of, or attending classes in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, or Florida; and must be an ARRL member.
Criteria
Award is given based on the submitted materials. The ARRL Foundation Scholarship Committee will review all applicants for eligibility and award decisions. Preference will be given to applicants studying in Electronic Engineering or related technical field.

Annual.

Applicant must submit a completed scholarship application form online along with a pdf format of recent high school (or equivalent) or college transcript.
