  3. Acceptance Letter: A letter showing acceptance into a program for the Fall semester.

  5. Headshot Picture: A headshot picture of the applicant is required. If selected as a winner, the image will be used when announcing the scholarship on the website.

Award: The $500 scholarship will be awarded in the last week of December. The recipient will receive a check directly, which should be used for tuition and school-related expenses only.
